9.0Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend – der Strand ist nur etwa 150 Meter entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Besonders praktisch war der direkte Zugang zur Tiefgarage über den Aufzug. Alles war hervorragend organisiert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

8.0Lokalizacja i metraż.
− Niektóre elementy wyposażenia zużyte wypadałoby już wymienić (szafki w łazienkach, opadające drzwi w szafach, przeciekającą szyba przy wannie). Drobne pajęczyny i brudne szyby nie dodają uroku temu ładnemu mieszkaniu :-( Ogólnie dobra ocena poza w/w szczegółami które pozbawiły obiekt oceny bardzo dobrej.
Good location but possibly some safety issues
6.0The location is good, close to beach and about 10-15 minutes from metro and 5 min from bus. We enjoyed tge little balcony as well.
− We did not feel that safe, especially after one night where there was a terrible noise in front of our room/door. The next morning the host(one of the co-workers) contacted me saying their noise detector inside the appartment (nobody told us about this but that is another matter) detected a lot of noise and that ifcwexwere having a party we may lose the deposit. After I explained that the noise came from the outside and that it was scary, the lady simply said this was not possible and that the detector only registered noises from the inside.We were travellibg with three kids and no way we could have had a party at 2am when the noise occured.I have the impression this all could have been a scam to obtain our deposit. I mentioned I would call the police and this somehow stopped the noise from occuring. The communication with the host (specifically Niki) was not very pleasant. Besides this, some plugs did not work and no warm blankets available (no sheets for those blankets).
