Sehr gut gelegen, belebtes Stadtviertel, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Schönes Appartement mit Klimaanlage. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind super. Ein bisschen Maintenance der Wohnung v.a. Sanitär wäre gut.

L'appartement était très bien placé, en bon état général, bien équipé. Certaines pièces de mobilier étaient dans un état qui détonnait avec l'ensemble plutôt agréable (petites tables au vernis très usé, tapis sali dans un angle, bas de canapé cassé et couchage inconfortable, pare-douche à l'étanchéité insuffisante...). A l'extérieur, un chantier de construction bruyant était en cours, samedi compris (sans trop d'incidence, nous ne restions pas sur place dans la journée...). En revanche, chaque nuit, des fêtards bruyants s'attardaient dans la rue, ce qui était plus dérangeant. Lorsque le chantier sera terminé, nul doute que cet appartement révèlera tout son charme si l'on s’accommode des ténors noctambules.

Très bon séjour, c est la 4 eme fois que nous y allons. L appartement est toujours super avec double terrasse. Par contre tête de lit cassée, cuvette des toilettes, canapé taché. La communication facile

The apartment was nice with new appliances. The area is next to the yellow line subway station and is pretty central but not in the touristic area. No parking and it is not easy to find in Barcelona as I got my car towed with my suitcase inside while I was checking the place. Lots of towing trucks around this area. Also you need your phone to open the door electronically which made me a bit anxious. Make sure you have enough batterie and don't loose your phone! The check-in is electronic as well, don't hesitate to email the company to get more information.

The “check-in process” was very convenient for late arrival. It requires downloading an App and uploading documents. Access the apartment was a little tricky with the App to get the door open. They required a cleaning fee and a 300 EUR security deposit making separate payments via a different website which was questionable. The apartment needs TLC and general maintenance throughout. Note rules: “apartment should be cleaned and in a perfect state of repair.” Huh? The amount they request for a security deposit should be spent on repairing the apartment. The apartment had a significant damp rot issue and smell. The patio doors do not lock, so you always need to remember to bring down the electrical blind before leaving or going to bed for protection. Two kitchen cupboard doors were ripped off the hinges. The shower leaks badly onto the floor with rust stains on the walls. The bathroom wall paper is pealing off the walls at the seams with visible stock-tape trying to hold it together. Some drywall damage/crumbling in the kitchen. Loose baseboards.Some light bulbs were burnt out. No artwork on the walls as seen in the pictures. Customer support (Renata) was great with answering all questions quickly. I spent five nights and this was by far the worst accommodations experience I have had. ……considering the nightly fee they charge.

Mieszkanie wygodne, czyste, wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia i środki czystości, dobrze działająca wentylacja i klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżko. Dobra lokalizacja choć zabudowa mieszkaniowa przemieszana jest tu już z zabudową biurową, usługową i produkcyjną, miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane(przy stacji metra Bogatell). W sąsiednim budynku dobra i niedroga restauracja serwująca dania z grilla. Jedyne zastrzeżenia to niewielkie problemy z zamkiem elektronicznym, szczególnie stresujące przy pierwszym wejściu.
