6.0Staff was nice but don't speak English. However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. There's a small elevator which helps. They seem friendly with inviting us to join the party etc...however the services and amenities are just not there comparing to the price.

10.0Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this property to anyone visiting Tokyo.

10.0まず、オーナーさんが本当に優しくて対応が良く、感動しました！ 話し上手で、チェックアウトの際は、朝焼いてくださったクロワッサンなどをくださいました。とてもおいしかったです。 ありがとうございました！ シャワールームは少し狭く湿気がこもりやすいとこ思います。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ドライヤー、タオルもありました。 お風呂に浸かりたいときは駅付近に銭湯があり、450円で入れました。（タオル、シャンプー類持参。ドライヤーはありますが、有料だったのでホテルに帰ってから乾かしました。） またぜひ利用したいホテルです。 本当にありがとうございました。
