La ubicación

− No es ni de cerca como en las fotos. La entrada súper sucia, puertas rotas sin cristales, una habitación sin puerta. La ventana del baño de arriba también rota, por lo que ducharte ahí en invierno es imposible. Una habitación tenía la barra de la cortina caída. Otra habitación tenía el tirador de la persiana roto, incluso el anclaje de la pared por lo que entraba frío por esa pared. Algunas habitaciones solo tenían un radiador de luz y no calentaba bien. La caldera pierde agua por lo que nos saltó la luz y nos quedamos sin calefacción. Lo peor de todo que llegamos y no había nadie para recibirnos, nos dijeron dónde encontrar las llaves y no había nada, llamabas al teléfono de contacto y no te lo cogian, a la hora y media vino un hombre a traernos la llave. Todo esto esperando en la calle con niños pequeños y pasando mucho frío. Una vergüenza todo.

Nichts, es war einfach nur enttäuschend.

− Sehr altes Haus, alles renovierungsbedürftigt, Badezimmer sehr alt und nicht sauber, sehr schlechte Ausstattung, schlechte Internet Verbindung. Niemand vor Ort beim Check in und Check out.

Great price and location if you need a big house. Furniture is a bit outdated.

The location is great and the host was very helpful in accommodating my arrival time. The house has 11 beds which is difficult to find in a relatively central area - the beds were comfortable. The house is very close to the metro station which makes it easy to move around. There is a small supermarket nearby. The price was half of the media - very honest.

− The house is old and a bit outdated, however, clean. The hot water was at times unavailable, probably due to finishing the boiler after several showers.
