Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Sie war sehr sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage war ideal, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt.

Beautiful Japanese style townhouse near to a subway station, museum, and a massive mall. Super friendly hosts.

− Not suitable for someone who struggles climbing stairs or is bothered by outside noice.

A great and convenient house with lots of character

This was a great location for the end of our trip to Japan, tucked away on a small street and super convenient to a 7-11, grocery store, and the subway station. We also enjoyed exploring the oddly-named Museum of Narratives a block or so away. Not so much a museum as a lovely indoor park of sorts. The layout of the house was as expected, and although it has obviously seen regular use, it was very clean and comfortable. The shutters for the windows upstairs were fantastic to block out the morning sun and keep the house cool (it has great a/c too). The beds were great, though the one that is a convertible sofa bed is a little tippy. Otherwise we greatly appreciated the multiple bathrooms and found the sitting room very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and informative and brought a bento box breakfast each morning and offered to take trash and towels, as well as providing a great tip about a renowned local daifuku and where to get groceries. We loved the filtered water dispenser and the rice cooker worked great. They very nicely came to say goodbye when we checked out and gave us some pastries as a parting gift.

− The convertible sofa could be replaced with something less tippy.

The Araiya host was wonderful, providing exceptional service, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment throughout our stay. Upon our arrival, Tai-san warmly welcomed us and efficiently guided us throughout the property and the available amenities. He consistently checked in on us, offering assistance and recommendations. His exceptional hospitality made our experience truly unique and enjoyable! The property was gorgeous, beautifully decorated; the perfect mix of a traditional Japanese townhouse and modern comfort. Conveniently located near Sengakuji Station with one stop from Shinagawa Station - and konbinis. The Japanese breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Понравилось совершенно все! Аутентичность и технологии, завтрак и близость к станции. Шикарное место, хочется вернуться в Японию, хотя бы просто для того, что бы пожить здесь еще раз. Кими, благодарю, все было прекрасно!
