− On the website there were items listed in the description that were not granted by the host ( Special fitness & pool prices in nearby Fitness Center ) Access via the App was troublesome( a Pin coded needed to be given on the day of arrival coz the App access was Not ok ). They took 400 Euro warranty of my credit card although as per agreement they were not allowed to do that ( only when staying above 6 nights !! ). Lights in the bathrooms not working , no hot water in second bathroom ( took them 3 days to come out to fix it ). Sofa was dirty on arrival , the bed was awful to sleep in ( wobbly ) ! Late check out was denied although i informed the host the required number of days upfront... On day of check out the Cleaning lady already tried to enter the apartment even before 11am ( the check-out time ) Storage for our bags was possible in their office at the day of our departure ( so we could still go into town without having to carry bags around ) i took the option ( 5 euro per bag ) and we arrived at 11:30 at the offices only to find the office closed ( A whatsapp the previous day confirmed that office would be open from 11am till 19 pm ...) > Multiple calls and messages stayed unanswered till today ( since 30th May 2026 )

− The beginner I have some problems I did not know I have to pick up the key in one place for to check in , I believe is ok if you know this in advance , is just 15 minutes walk to the apartment but is better get a cab because if you have a lot of luggages is very hard the access After they my card key is not working I tried to call the office so many time they did not reply finally a good staff reply me and asked me to download a app key to open the door for the apartment but at this point was one hour after my check in and my son would like to go the toilet but after this all solve I really enjoy stay in the apartment, one thing to add is that they don’t have anything for cook like salt, sugar, coffee, toilet papers are not enough they didn’t offer that much supplies but I believe is not a family place to stay but had plenty of space, clean and comfortable Thank you
