We liked the location.

− First of all you can not understand from the photos, that the balcony is together with the bathroom. And being not one family set up using the apartment, that was a challenge. The rooms are not really suitable for 5 adults and 1 child as there were only 2 double beds, the other beds where really small. The kitchen has minimum amenities (e.g. 2 wine glasses for 5 adults??). And the other strange and annoying thing- you need to go to totally different location than the apartment to pick up your keys.

− The real situations in the house is not like in the picture very old facility.so it's not fair for the customer.i hope they wil post original photo rather than make it look nicer compare to the reality.

Only the location was good.

− The apartment looked great in the photos, but in reality almost everything was broken or in poor condition. The balcony door didn’t close, handles were broken, and one toilet seat was damaged. The apartment was very dirty—lamps and shades had yellow stains, and even the pillows were visibly stained. The layout was extremely inconvenient: rooms were small, and the second bathroom was located on the balcony, with doors that didn’t lock and a very low ceiling. Overall, the design and condition of the apartment were simply terrible.

− Its not looks like in pictures , some furniture and toilets is broken, heater not working , someone will wake up you in 5 am morning to open door.they took security deposit and after check out they send you other apartments picture and asking what js this for not giving you money. I record video before entering and after leave for take my deposit back and wait 16 day plus i called and wrote them 100 time.i will share pictures what was not for our apartment and we explained them that it was not our

Die Agentur (die Mitarbeiter) sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft sein Geld nicht wert. Man traut sich nicht in den Betten zu schlafen, da es fast schon durchbricht. Die Wohnung wurde geputzt aber war nicht hygienisch sauber. Wir mussten selbst nochmal putzen. Jeden Abend haben wir neue Kakerlaken in der Wohnung entdeckt. Ein Schranktresor war vorhanden hat allerdings nicht funktioniert. WLan ist die letzten 3 Tage ausgefallen, wurde dann auch nichts mehr gemach, hat man so stehen lassen. Wenn es regnet, dringt Wasser durch die Balkontüren durch bis ins Wohnzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad ist im oberen Stock, hat eine so niedrige Decke das man gar nicht aufrecht stehen kann, egal wie groß man ist. Die Umgebung ist super zentral, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.
