Die gut angebundene Lag, verkehrsgünstig und umrahmt von Gastro, Bistros und Cafés.

− Uns würde das Zimmer 15 zugewiesen (das bedeutet, wir schliefen in einer Kelleretage). In dem Küchenbereich ging eine Treppe runter in den offenen Schlafbereich inkl. Badezimmer. Fast kein Tageslicht und wir könnten kein Fenster zum schlafen öffnen (kein Luftaustausch möglich). Es waren keine Bademäntel vorhanden. Die Beschreibung besagte eine Küche mit Kochplatte. Leider waren keine Töpfe o. Pfanne vorhanden und Besteck fehlte ebenfalls. Wie haben an drei hintereinander folgenden Tagen E Mails an de Jonker geschrieben, mit der Bitte um Bereitstellung der fehlenden Utensilien. Eine Antwort o. die fehlenden Utensilien haben wir nicht erhalten. Zustand des Zimmers würden wir als deutlich in die Jahre gekommen beschreiben, es gibt schon einiges zu reparieren (defekte Steckdose im Bad- es gibt nur die Eine, Teppich löst sich von der Treppe, Lack am Geländer löst sich ab Sockelleiste in der Küche ist ab. Löcher in der Wand und Farbablösung durch Feuchtigkeit an der Außenwand im Schlafbereich. Der Schlafbereich grenzt an einen Versorgungsschacht aus dem deutliche Pumpengeräusche zu hören sind. Die Handbrause fehlt in der Duschkabine. Der Abfluss lief richtig schlecht ab. Dies haben wir gleich am ersten Tag per Mail an de Jonker gemeldet. Leider fand hier auch keine Lösung statt.

Good location

− No internet, emailed the reception re obtaining the password. No response. Impractical for suitcases with the staircase. Needs maintenance with faulty wiring to bedside light on one side and light switching on the other/ off on the other side. Additional pillows required. Noting that this has been a previous complaint. No explanation on how to use the app to check in. Customer let us in the front door and explained how to use the app.

Somente da localização e limpeza do apartamento

− Aluguei o apartamento porque tinha uma cozinha para podermos fazer as refeições mas NÃO tinha utensílios para cozinhar. O fogão era só para decoração. Não tinha também esponja e detergente para lavar as louças. Tinha máquina de lavar mas acho um desperdício de energia e água lavar pratos, xícaras, copos, talheres para 2 pessoas, até porque não tinha o suficiente para deixar acumular e lavar todos. Mandei VÁRIOS recados, via e-mail, wattsapp e via Booking mas NÃO recebi resposta alguma da propriedade. A comunicação com responsável é PÉSSIMA, não responde nada.

Nice but not able to prepare meals unless you supply your own cookware

Great location. I could not figure out how to get in the building at first, as the directions were not available in English, but luckily another guest helped me out. The bedroom was down some very narrow stairs but was nice and dark/quiet.

− Even though there was a cooktop and dishwasher, there were only a couple of dishes and no pots or pans with which to cook with. There wasn’t a place to sit and relax—only the bed or the kitchen table. The hotel erroneously charged me for the stay, even though I had already paid booking.com, but the charge was reversed after I sent them an email. That was a bit stressful, as the charge was almost 2000 Euros.
