− What was supposed to be a memorable holiday and some quality time spent with the family turned into a nightmare as soon as we arrived at the apartment! The apartment was very very dirty! The sheets were not changed in the kids room! The chairs were disgusting the bathroom was filthy the dishes in the cupboard dirty there was no washing liquid or even a kettle! Also I will attach a picture of the sponge she left for the dishes to be washed 🤢 After sending her pictures and demanding a full refund she refused and only wanted to give us 50% back. Also offered us 300€ discount if we stayed. As it was New Year’s Eve we couldn’t find anything else and decided to stay but then she decided not to give us a discount anymore! Please stay away from this place and don’t ruin your holiday!!!!! Read all the reviews!

Great location step away from Rocafort station and airport shuttle. The unit can cater up to 7 people (8 max if someone sleep on sofa) Great for budget trip

Apartamento maravilhoso, super espaçoso e confortável, muito bem localizado, pois fica bem na entrada da estação de metrô. É próximo a restaurantes, mercados e etc. Excelente custo-beneficio super recomendo!!

Booking of the hotel was easy but several costs don’t appear until you have booked (cleaning service) Wi-Fi was meant to be free but absolutely no instructions or passwords clearly visible. Several light switches were broken with wiring exposed. Although the apartment was booked for six people they provide a mini kettle which boiled 1 to 2 small cups at best. Advertised with air conditioning but 2 of 3 bedrooms didn’t work. Quite a bit of plates/bowls were chipped. It was however a great position to get around Barcelona being right next to metro.

Posizione eccellente, peccato che l’appartamento abbia un buon potenziale ma le dotazioni arredo e servizi siano decisamente sotto lo standard. Gli host sono comunque stati disponibilissimi ed estremamente accoglienti quando abbiamo richiesto il supporto. Vista la posizione perfetta (la metto è sotto casa e ci sono parcheggi e supermercati ovunque) il giudizio non può che essere sufficiente... ma struttura migliorabile ... molto

L'appartamento è in cattive condizioni e ha bisogno di manutenzione e ristrutturazione. L'unica cosa positiva é la posizione, molto comoda per la metropolitana e a poca distanza dal centro. Inoltre nel vicinato ci sono negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Le camere da letto che danno sulla strada sono molto rumorose perchè le finestre sono vecchie e non isolano minimamente dai rumori. Il bagno è indecente, rubinetti rotti, sporco ovunque e una tenda della doccia che fa rabbrividire. L'acqua calda non c'è mai stata in 5 giorni. La connessione internet è ridicola, abbiamo utilizzato quella pubblica messa a disposizione dalla città di Barcellona. Siamo in sei e ci hanno dato un solo mazzo di chiavi. Alle nostre richieste di contatto, nessuna risposta. Una volta incassati i soldi sono scomparsi tutti. Per quanto possa sembrare economico faccio presente che per le pulizie addebitano ben 110 euro. E guardando le foto potete capire l'assurdità della cosa...
