Stunning property with great ground staff, but let down by poor front desk service and repetitive dining options.
8.0Beautiful beachfront property with an infinity pool, grand lobby, and spectacular sea views from the Deluxe Room. Housekeeping was spotless, the welcome gift bracelet was a lovely touch, and the pool, gym, and restaurant teams provided excellent, warm service.
− Poor service from the front desk and management staff, who lacked hospitality. Dining was repetitive between breakfast and dinner with no basic complimentary snacks, and standard in-room tea/coffee amenities were unexpectedly missing.
