− Me pareció que al cerrar la puerta de la casa al no poder cerrar con la llave y darle una vuelta al pestillo se quedaba la casa como fácil de abrir y me dio inseguridad

8.0Posizione comoda per visitare le attrazioni più popolari. La cucina molto fornita. La zona fornita di market, ristoranti e negozi. Lo spazio buono per un soggiorno di 8 giorni per una famiglia di 4 persone. Il link inviato per il check in è risultato non funzionante, ma in 10 minuti lo staff ha provveduto consegnando ci le chiavi e permettendo l'ingresso nell'appartamento.
− Non c'erano coperte in più, quindi io ho avuto freddo nonostante l'accensione del condizionatore e dei riscaldamenti. Tuttavia, non l'ho richiesta, quindi magari l'avrebbero fornita su richiesta. Abbiamo avuto un asciugamano grande a testa e due asciugamani per il viso e nessuna asciugamani per il bidet. Ho chiesto la gentilezza di fornirci almeno un asciugamani a testa ma mi è stato risposto che la loro dotazione non prevede un numero superiore. Inoltre dal bidet usciva soltanto acqua fredda e si sa che in viaggio con i bambini il bidet è comodo, se utilizzabile.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment.
8.0Centrally situated. Very clean and well appointed. Well equipped kitchen. Suited us and our granddaughter well. We liked the electronic entry apart from the time it didn’t work.
− Rather impersonal as we didn’t see anybody to do with the property. Also for some reason the electronic key stopped working at 11am the day before we departed. We did have a number to ring and it was reinstated but rather unnerving.
