8.0Posizione eccezionale, a due passi da Plaza Catalunya, metro Universitat e fermata bus (quella per la Barceloneta è proprio sotto casa). La cucina è attrezzata a dovere ed sono stati molto apprezzati i 2 kit di benvenuto: uno con cialde di caffè, the e zucchero e l’altro con detersivo da cucina, pastiglie per lavastoviglie, spugnetta per lavare i piatti e detersivo per il bucato. Le camere da letto sono spaziose e i letti molto comodi. L’appartamento è un po’ datato e ci sono delle migliorie da apportare: la televisione non funzionava per mancanza di segnale/antenna (classico effetto neve) e una luce da comodino aveva il cavo scoperto e ovviamente non si accendeva. Abbiamo contattato lo staff e si sono offerti di venire il giorno dopo a sistemare, ma non essendo problemi gravi abbiamo preferito soprassedere. Non hanno, comunque, rovinato il nostro soggiorno.
− Va rivista la tenda del bagno che lascia scoperto buoni 20 cm dal bordo vasca e, soprattutto con bambini, è, di fatto, inutile; entrambi i water non scaricano efficacemente la carta. Nel complesso è stata, comunque, un’esperienza positiva. Unica nota effettivamente negativa: ad oggi, 14 luglio (check out effettuato il 28 giugno) non ho ancora ricevuto indietro la caparra

10.0− Sobre o depósito, nao vejo problema algum realizar deposito mas acho um absurdo demoraram mais de uma semana para devolverem esse valor, principalmente levando em consideração que se trata de uma quantia alta. Isso nao e avisado antes da reserva. Achei o apartamento otimo mas jamais iria novamente por esse motivo.

− El apartamento necesita una modernización urgente. La cocina y los baños son un espanto, tienen más de 50 años. Es super oscuro, la iluminación es pésima.
