Für den Preis hätte ich mir von Booking mehr erwartet

− Der Flughafen Shuttle war nur für eine Fahrt im Preis inbegriffen. Dies war aus der Unterkunftsanzeige nicht herauszulesen. Bis jetzt zu dem Sachverhalt keine Rückmeldung von Booking bekommen. Am Abreisetag stand das Reinigungspersonal 1,5 Stunden vor der Wohnungstür. Grund war dafür, die Unterkunft konnten wir bis 11:00 Uhr nutzen was wir auch in Anspruch genommen haben. Schlechte Personalplanung und dem Reinigungspersonal gegenüber nicht erfreulich.

Once inside, the property was okay. We had sufficient space and room for what we needed, however printed instructions on the wall by radiators or heaters would have been nice to simply use. Also more specific instructions as to how to arrive to the actual street door. The property inside was good, bedding was okay, not as comfortable, and also instructions to how to operate washing machine would have been helpful..street door and entrance to the apartment was very bad, the neighbors on the right were drug dealers and would rarely let us sleep at night. The entrance door was tagged on with graffiti, and the entry wall way wasn’t as clean, was dark, and a little dangerous to walk the stairs because of the conditions. Even the police officers showed up one of the nights to help calm the noise they were causing

Apartment's great once you get past the entry

This was a large apartment and a cool location for the most part. The hosts were very communicative and very responsive. We had an issue with the AC (it was leaking) and they had it fixed immediately and kept in contact with us to let us know what was going on. A few of the rooms have walls that don't meet the ceiling so that is something to keep in mind. The patio isn't private, but it is super cute and we enjoyed it.

− Things to know: 1. The door to this place is covered in graffiti and looks derelict and the entryway smells badly of pee. Next to the outside door was a roll up door with a resident who (we're pretty sure) was either selling drugs or something else unsavory (we overheard him telling someone "just knock X way and I'll open up for you when you need some more" and he had a number of shady people stop by that we saw. He didn't do anything that made us feel unsafe, just weird. 2. This apartment is on the 4th floor of the building and there is not an elevator. This wasn't a problem for much of our party (although it sucked for luggage), but we do have a party member with a bad knee. We should have been more careful in checking, but it would be nice if the owner/manager clarified the distance from the ground to the apartment. 3. The dryer . . . doesn't work at all. The washer was fine, but it was difficult to access.

− The entrance in a dark dirty alley. Lined with trash and actual human feces at the entrance 1 night. Price high
