9.0Super hotel w centrum miasta a zarazem przy cichej ulicy, kilka minut pieszo od metra. Bardzo blisko do dużej ilości restauracji. Sam pokój super, duże łóżko, widok na miasto i świetnie wyposażona łazienka.

− Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück bekommt man nur in einem anderen Hotel, welches zu Fuss in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen ist.

− Extremely Disappointing Experience. Zero Hospitality or Customer Service. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived early, only to be told that the hotel was fully booked. While I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, what I find completely unacceptable is the absolute lack of assistance or consideration for guests. The hotel does not even have a waiting area where guests arriving early can sit comfortably. I was essentially left with nowhere to go, and the staff made no effort to offer alternatives or provide any meaningful assistance. Given the situation, I requested to cancel my reservation and receive a refund, but they refused. No flexibility, no understanding, and absolutely no concern for the guest’s circumstances. Hospitality is not just about providing a room. It is about how you treat people, especially when they need assistance. Unfortunately, this hotel failed miserably at that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values decent customer service, basic consideration, or a welcoming experience. Being fully booked is understandable. Being completely unhelpful is not.
