9.0The location is great. On a quiet street , close to restaurants and grocery shops. Large apartment. Perfect kitchen , we had breakfast each day , making it so easy. Air-conditioning worked very well too. Great experience overall. 4 sisters traveling together.
− Only thing was the door to the bathroom was a sliding door , which never closed well. Ok for us , as we were sister. Not really a big issue.

7.0The property was in a good central location and had a well appointed kitchen.
− I received 15 emails both from Booking and the management company over the weekend prior to my stay including a last minute request for an additional 300E deposit even though the property was fully paid prior to arrival. No one wants to manage a stay so much or send money over unsecured networks while traveling, especially to a site outside of Booking. I also set a time of arrival prior but then the person I was to meet set the time 15 minutes earlier so again the requirements to tweak and give a specific meeting time while traveling to a new city was unneeded stress. None of the other Airbnb's I stayed with were this complicated in Spain. Also the property was on the first floor with four steep steps needed to access the bathroom and the main bedroom heard the complex's front door open and close throughout the night.
