10.0We booked Nego Home, but the owners actually transferred us over a few blocks to the Nego Home Ancient Hotel, which we LOVED. Located in the trendy neighborhood Ekkamai, Nego Home Ancient Hotel is a wonderful, charismatic and quaint hotel. It's quirky and magical. Owned by Jeff and Angie who take excellent care of their guests and have great staff members. There is home-cooked breakfast every morning as well. Highly recommend!

2.0I booked nego home but the hotel is actually closed but no one informed you until u arrived. Thoe owner told u was full and transferred u to another nego ancient hotel, that waste me lots of time, I booked one and double 3 ppl room and when i came to hotel, he needs me to give hime the booking in order to proof or give additional 400b in order to sleep. That is at the 2 am in the morning. What the hell.
