Gran decepción: el hotel ha empeorado mucho
3.0Lamentablemente, en esta ocasión no hubo ningún aspecto de la estadía que pudiera destacar positivamente. La experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de mis visitas anteriores al hotel.
− Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel y, lamentablemente, en esta ocasión noté un deterioro muy importante tanto en el mantenimiento como en la calidad del servicio. Al llegar, el baño estaba claramente mal limpiado: había pelos en la ducha, hilo dental usado en el baño y otros signos evidentes de falta de aseo. Informamos inmediatamente la situación y pedimos que se solucionara. Sin embargo, para nuestra sorpresa, el hilo dental permaneció exactamente en el mismo lugar durante las tres noches que estuvimos alojados, lo que da una idea bastante clara del nivel de limpieza y supervisión. Además, el hotel muestra signos visibles de falta de mantenimiento, con pintura descascarada en distintas zonas. El personal tampoco se destaca por su eficiencia ni por una actitud particularmente resolutiva frente a los problemas. Habiendo tenido experiencias anteriores en este mismo hotel, la diferencia fue especialmente evidente y decepcionante. La experiencia fue realmente mala y no estuvo a la altura de lo que esperaba. Después de tres estadías, lamentablemente no volvería y NO recomiendo alojarse aquí.
