But, the downside is that there is no staff permanently at the front desk, making it difficult to get assistance or communicate. In particular, there is no staff at all between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. For example, on the day of check-out, you can't even enter the building to retrieve your belongings during that time, which is very very inconvenient.

あのエリアでは安いので試してみましたが、寝るだけであれば、問題なし。風呂のタオルと歯ブラシは持参必要。でも、場所とコストパフォーマンスは良かったと思います。

I'm really disappointed. The whole building is old, and not suitable for living. The staff is incredibly rude, and kicked us as soon as the leaving hour was near. It was pouring with rain, so we decided to call a taxi, and they yelled at us to leave the entrance and the surroundings.

地點很不錯的住宿，就近JR上野站，距離飲食街５分鐘，周邊還有一間小超市和一間便利店，周邊和住宿都很整潔。 住宿房間有浴室、共用的有洗衣機和乾衣機，收費便宜；地面設有大水壺可供大家外帶飲用，這在炎夏真的很有用。
