This was the WORST experience I have ever had traveling. Everything they advertise is false. The apartment feels like a prison. The pictures of the bedrooms have a sheer curtain covering what literally is the most miserable thing you will see. You can't get into this building unless someone lets you in. They claim to have someone there to open the door till 6 pm which is false and I will get to this later. I arrived to the apartment at 12am and I spoke to management in advance. They assured me this isn't a problem. When we got there, they told us to use an intercom that doesn't work. We waited 4 hours in the rain (my son woke up with a fever the next day) for someone to let us in. They kept saying 30 min, so we didn't have the option to find shelter out of the rain. They had to send 2 different people because the first time at 3 am they sent someone with the wrong key. There was a homeless man near by who tied to help. He said every single person who comes here has this same problem and apologized to us. Now a few days later, I was leaving the apartment at 1 pm while someone should be there to let people in, a woman was freaking out with 2 toddlers and her 2 elderly parents saying she was on hold for over an hour with management trying to get into the building. Advising her to do the same, use the broken intercoms. What's funny is they were telling her to push the same 2 buttons I was pushing. The phone in my apartment was ringing, when I would answer... it didn't work. Her apartment was the one across from mine. Now this makes me laugh because the buttons they asked me to push for 4 hours the first day was calling 2 empty apartments. Mine and the one this new family across me was going to stay in. On top of that we booked for 5 people. They had only set everything up for 4, we had the worst sleep for the first few nights because we didn't have enough linen or towels for all 5 people.

− EVERYTHING... THIS PLACE JUST MADE MY VACATION MISERABLE. PLEASE READ MY WHOLE REVIEW. ALSO I FEEL LIKE A LOT OF REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THE LOCATION IS NICE AND CLEAN BUT THERE IS NOTHING AROUND. YOU HAVE A HAND FULL OF DECENT PLACES TO EAT BUT YOU AREN'T CENTRALLY LOCATED.

− הזמנו את הדירה לשבוע שלם, כשהגענו גילינו שאין במקלחת זרם מים שמאפשר להתקלח (ממש זרזיף). רק אחרי יומיים הגיעו לתקן והיה שיפור קל בלבד בעצמת הזרם. ביומיים האחרונים לשהות הייתה הפסקת חשמל בכל הבניין, הדירה בקומה שישית ונאלצנו לעלות ולרדת ברגל, כמובן שהדוד לא עבד אז גם בימים האלו לא יכלנו להתקלח (5 ימים ללא מקלחת סבירה מתוך 7 ימים ששהינו בדירה) התקשורת עם המארחים לקויה ביותר, הם עונים בעיכוב ניכר, הודענו על הבעיה בחשמל ובמקום להציע פתרונות או דירה חלופית פשוט אמרו לנו ״תודיעו לנו כשהבעיה תיגמר״ היו לי תרופות יקרות במקרר שהתקלקלו והם הציעו פיצוי שאינו מכסה אפילו את עלות התרופות. הדירה אמנם במיקום מעולה, אבל ממש קלקלה לנו את החופשה בברצלונה.

− Our check-in was scheduled for Thursday, 26 February, after midnight, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment requires the use of the Akiles app for digital access. However, there were no clear instructions within the app explaining the entry procedure or the sequence of buttons that needed to be pressed. The written check-in instructions provided in the booking conversation were also incomplete and insufficient. As a result, we were unable to enter the building. We called the advertised 24/7 emergency number three times during the night, and no one answered. Being stranded outside after midnight as a family of four, with no support available, was completely unacceptable. We had no alternative but to book a hotel at our own expense for the first night. Only after contacting the office the following day were we sent a photo in which the correct button sequence had been manually circled. This essential information had never been provided in advance. Without this clarification, there was simply no realistic way to access the building. Based on this experience, I strongly do not recommend this apartment to anyone planning to check in outside of regular business hours, especially after the building entrance is closed. If anything goes wrong, you may find yourself without assistance and facing significant inconvenience and additional costs. Clearer instructions within the app, proper step-by-step guidance, and truly reachable emergency support are absolutely necessary to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation.

Las vistas porque daba a la casa Batllo y buena ubicacion para pasear por el centro de la ciudad

− no habia ventilacion en las habitaciones, una de ella no tiene ventana. Se dormia mal de noche, y tenianos que dejar las puertas de las habitaciones abiertas para ventilar un poco y que entrara el aire. La nevera tenia un problema en la puerta y no se cerraba bien , sonaba un pitido todo el rato hasta que tuvimos que poner un papel nosotros para que encajara bien el cierre. Habian enchufes caidos, secadora de ropa sucia con arena dentro.
