10.0I would like to Single out one of HiGuest’s team member, Naveed. I have stayed severally in HiGuest properties, have always received the best of service from Naveed. His commitment is exemplary. I always find him waiting for me. Smoothing our the checking process. I am always aware that he takes personal interest in keeping the room clean. Team HiGuests is great!
