8.0Kleine kamer maar vergeleken met andere accomodaties in Rome een goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Vlak bij metro Manzoni gelegen in een rustige straat. Goede koffie bij het ontbijt. Voor een klein hotel was het ontbijt prima. We misten alleen fruit.
− Het personeel is, op een geweldige dame achter de receptie na, gewoon onaardig. De oudere dame bij het ontbijt werd agressief omdat we per ongeluk de klep van het brood niet hadden dichtgedaan. Koffie werd op tafel gesmeten, klep demonstratief met een harde klap gesloten waarna ze in het Italiaans scheldend wegliep. (konden we niet verstaan). Niet echt prettig dus. Dame die ons incheckte was heel kortaf. Een beetje vriendelijkheid kost niks denk ik dan. De bedden en kussens zijn vrij hard. Balkon met twee stoelen en tafeltje. We hadden twee kleine kussentjes van het bed gebruikt als rugkussen buiten maar blijkbaar mocht dat niet, want bij de schoonmaak zijn de kussens weggehaald. Piepklein liftje, maar naar bovenste etage moet je alsnog met een trap. Voor ons geen probleem maar wel handig om te weten als je slecht ter been bent. Geen koelkast op de kamer helaas, wel een klimaatkoelkast voor wijn.

10.0Nos gustó todo! De verdad es excelente. La ubicación perfecta a un par de cuadras del Metro Manzoni, las personas de recepción muy simpáticas. El desayuno muy bueno y funciona el aire acondicionado sin problemas.
