1.0I would not recommend staying here. After my stay ended, the host unexpectedly asked me to pay additional money, claiming that the apartment was left dirty. I strongly disagree with this claim because we cleaned the apartment before checking out and left it in good condition. It felt unfair and very disappointing to receive this request after we had already completed our stay. Communication became stressful, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, I felt pressured to pay extra without clear evidence. This experience left a very negative impression. Overall, while the location was acceptable, the way this situation was handled ruined my experience. I would recommend future guests take photos or videos of the apartment before checking out to avoid similar disputes.

A golden nugget not far from Ikkebukuro
9.0A big house with a LOT of bed, i don't know how much peoples can sleep in this house but this is insane for an accomodation with just 15mik walk of Ikkebukuro. You have acces to everything at 5min of walk (you have an other station if you don't walk to Ikkebukuro). The equipement is good and the double shower + toilet is gold
− All good but please change the keybox 😂 or put more key, you can put at least more than 7 persons in the house but one key 😭🙏

− 清潔じゃなかった。鍵が壊れてて、窓の戸締りができず怖かった 網戸が外れて壊れてた 湿気がすごくてカビ臭かった 事前に確認したコンロがなかった
